Policies & Procedures

• Glam NailZ by Chloe’ is a CHILDREN FREE salon. Unfortunately my space is too small for the energy that children possess.
• The full cost of a no-show appointment is due at the next appointment without exception. Failure to do so will constitute in bring blocked from returning.
• The price list is posted. When inquiring about price, please refer to the price list and ADD extras accordingly.
• When booking appointments please include everything you want so there is enough time.
• If you are sick please stay home and reschedule.
• If you don’t regularly get fills as suggested you will be charged the new set price for fill – ins.
• Discounts are available to everyone following my FB page, my Instagram account, or Twitter, proof of which must be shown at the time of appointment and within the stated effective dates.
• When all else fails, a scheduled consultation will be given to determine price.
• I am a “by appointment” nail artist only.
• A $25 Booking fee is due to schedule an appointment
• Cancellation of 24 hours required to have booking fee returned.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if there is a nail condition or uncooperative client.
